Throttle-n-Purge

Throttle Throttle-n-Purge Palette Throttle Palette

Now that I find myself working in 32bit more often I found the routine of having to

  1. Switch to the Project Window
  2. Option click once to go to 16bit
  3. Option click twice to switch to 32bit

a bit tedious so I made this script which is essentially a palette I can always have visible to quickly switch between 8, 16 and 32 bits per channel as well as turning the Multiprocessing preference on and off.
There’s also a version that gives you a button to purge the image caches.

    ALT-clicking on the 8-bit number at the bottom of the project window does the same ;)

    yes, but it takes 2 option clicks to get from 8 to 32. The script is all about streamlining your workflow ;-)
