Expresion for Keyframe Easy Ease in or out and its Velocity

    Hi there, I really thank and appreciate all the scripters for time saving Scripts for AE.
    But am really looking for a small script for repetitive task am doing below.

    For example say an object started from left and stopped at center.So two Position keyframes.

    2.Select first keyframe and "Easy ease out" and keyframe outgoing velocity to "60".(slowly starts)

    3.Select second keyframe and "Easy ease in" and keyframe incoming velocity to "60".(slowly stops)

    Am looking for two scripted buttons or expression where 

    BUTTON A makes selected keyframe to Easy ease out and Keyframe velocity to 60.
    BUTTON B makes selected Keyframe to Easy ease in and Keyframe Velocity to 60.

    Would be good if it is implemented in "Rift"

    Plz help me out with this.
