Account login issues
User accounts are a new feature on our new site.
This means you will need to create a new account even if you have previously made purchases from us (on our old site).
If you use the same email address all your previous purchases will be associated with your new account.
Do not use the Forgot Your Password? link if you have not created an account yet since there won't be a password to retrieve.
If you already created an account and have not received the account confirmation email, please check your spam folder or you can have the system send you another one.
If you made purchases with more than one email address then create the account with the main email you would like to use and contact support for help merging the purchases made with the other email.
