Due to the South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc Supreme Court ruling, we are now required to collect sales tax in states where we have achieved economic nexus. This list is evolving as we reach nexus in various states so it would explain why we would suddenly start charging sales tax in a state where we had not been charging tax before.

But I have a tax exemption in my state?

If you have a tax exemption in a state where we are charging tax, you need to:

Make sure you have an aescripts.com account, if not you should create one.
Entered a default billing address that matches the state and tax exempt certificate.
open a support ticket and submit your tax exemption documents and request that your account is made tax exempt.

Please note that this exemption must be requested and put in place in your account BEFORE the order is placed.

We are not able to make a tax-only refund after the order has been placed.
