Educational Discounts

You must be a currently enrolled student or faculty at a credited institution to qualify for the educational / academic discount. Non-profits and other noneducational organizations are not eligible for this discount.

To apply for the discount you must open a support ticket from the account that will receive the discount with the required documents attached. If you don't already have an account on our site please create one.

Important:

Only accredited educational institutions qualify for the discount.
We reserve the right to modify, cancel and limit the discount at any time.
We reserve the right to grant or deny the discount for any reason.
Educational licenses are strictly for educational use only. You are not allowed to do commercial or non-educational work with this license.
It is not possible to upgrade an educational license to a normal license.

Required:

You must provide a valid student or faculty id. The ID must have a photo and expiration date.
If the ID does not have an expiration date you will need to provide another document that has your name and expiration date along with your photo ID to prove you are an enrolled student or current faculty.
If the ID has an expiration date but no photo, you must submit a government issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport along with it.
If you are faculty and your school does not issue faculty ID's please submit a government issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport along with a document showing your current affiliation with the school. Please make sure this document shows current affiliation.

Once you have created your account, you must complete the account support questionnaire

If all of the requirements listed above are not met we will not be able to apply the discount so please make sure you have completed them all.

For subscription products the discount is only applied to the first term of the subscription, the renewal will be billed at the normal price.

The educational discount is only valid until the end of the calendar year and needs to be renewed by this same process every year.

Floating licenses do not qualify for educational discount
