Certainly, we have prepared a handy illustrated guide on how to clear all previous activations.

Alternatively, here's the text only version:

Go to the customer portal on aescripts.com (log in if required) → My Account → My Downloads & Licenses

Then next to each product is an info button. Clicking on this will bring up all the devices that used that products license. Deactivate all individually.

Then restart After Effects (Adobe Media Encoder too if you use it) and enter the serial key, or re-active the plugin via the aescripts manager app. Both will give the same result.
