Where do I check the status of my product subscription?

 

You can check it in the 'Product Subscriptions' tab in your user account.

 

How do I cancel a product subscription from auto-renewing?

 

In the 'Product Subscriptions' tab, click on  'Cancel Auto-Renew' link for the subscription you would like to cancel.

If you have canceled Auto-Renew, your subscription will be active until the expiration date. We do not offer refunds for the remaining time after cancellation.

How do I update the card or payment method on an existing product subscription?

You must complete ALL 4 steps: 

  1. Go to the 'Stored Payment Methods' tab in your account
  2. Click 'Edit' on the card you would like to update
  3. Go to 'Product Subscriptions' and click on the Subscription # of the subscription to update
  4. Select it from the 'Change Payment Method' dropdown and click Apply
