Error creating launcher file prompt

    Recently, I have been getting this error message when using BG Renderer in After Effects Creative Cloud. I am running After Effects on a Mac workstation, running OSX 10.8.5. Using a single Nvidia Quattro K5000 card

    The user has rights this location via a "chmod 777" aka full rights. I have read, as a workaround, if you check the 'Save BG Launcher' feature to save the launcher file somewhere, it should fix the issue. This fix worked on some Mac stations, but not all of them.

    All stations (10) are the same. No changes have been made. Each one is identical. As a test, I created a simple comp then saved both locally to the desktop and another copy on a server. Each area has full rights for the users. Same error message if I try to render from both locations.
