Access Denied. Error at line 1.

    I installed per the instructions, when trying to license,  I made sure that the checkbox in the AE preferences is checked for scripts to write. I have also made sure that there is an Allow rule set on my Firewall. But I am getting an error stating:

    After Effects warning: ERROR: Access is denied.

    If I click Ok (the only option), I get:

    Unable to execute script at line 1. undefined is not an object.

    This means a firewall is blocking the licensing process which means your firewall is not properly configured or you have more than one firewall on your system which is not uncommon on Windows. If you need further assistance with this please open a support ticket.
