    I have tried the demo, but there seem to be some scripting problems (with skype Loader) on non english systems (Thanks, Adobe).

    Should this work on non english systems?

    Toolkit should run perfectly on any AE interface.
    Can you please explain what's wrong with Skype Loader?

    Yes, there was a bug that caused expressions to brake. This was fixed in version 2.0.1.
    Please re-download it again.

    Just picked this up during the sale.  I understand how to install it and use it, but it did not appear to come with a project file.   I know that a project is not required to use it, but I saw that it has a nice little comp(s) that allows you to scrub through all the animations.  Is this project-file available somewhere for download?

    No, AEP project file is not provided with the download. For a more convenient use case, the product is distributed as a Script. Please watch the how to if you have issues installing or using it. Thanks.
