Is there a script to clean up duplicated Comps?

    I've got a project (and I've had this issue many times in the past as well) where it's made up of other AE projects imported in, often times extracted from the same main project, so there will be duplicated footage items and compositions that come in. 

    AE's built in Consolidate footage takes care of the duplicated footage (except it doesn't seem to work with image sequences which is a major problem), but it doesn't do anything about the comps that are left. 

    Is there anything that exists that will intelligently condense and reconnect any Comps that are duplicated?
