Help about selling AE script.

Hi everybody.I'm a AE script writer.Can I sell my AE script product at this site ?And how to start sell, I cannot find any button "Upload Script Product" or "Become a Author"...Please help I'm new here. Thanks in advance.!Thang Tran.
