Layer Sitter makes managing parented layers easy. Quickly parent selected layers using a filterable list, by creating new customized nulls, or using Quick Parents.
Btw. It would be cool if you could save/load parenting. Meaning that you could have X amount of layers parented to each other in a way or another. Then you could for an example break parenting in specific layers or all of them and do changes and after that load the parenting back to the state it was in before the parenting was broken. This would allow for an example disabling parenting and moving objects and the re-parenting again based on the way they were parented before.
Would this be helpful when used in conjunction with a character animation tool such as DUIK? If so, could you walk through the workflow as that could make this an even more useful script.
More quick parents would make this tool way better. It's great at what it does, but for very large comps with lots of parts it's restrictive to be limited to 5 quick parents.
