All our tools either already work in Catalina or will be updated soon. We have complied with the main requirements since Catalina was released.

They are the same requirements they have always had, they were only temporarily relaxed. Again, we have been in compliance since before Catalina launched. Any tool that is not currently compatible will be updated soon, feel free to open a support ticket if you are using a tool that has not been updated so we can prioritize it.
