I use a number of aescripts to create product for my company. I have a set of useful tools that make a very efficient workflow.
Now that we are working from home, that workflow is being jammed up. Many of the scripts I work with cause the remote session to seize up or crash. For example Marker Remap goes haywire when clicking around on the panel. what would normally take a 1 or 2 seconds to implement, takes about 20 seconds.
Is there any setting in After effects or Remote Desktop or Windows or anything that will help change the behavior how the Script is displayed/used?
This sounds like an After Effects issue, we would recommend you contact Adobe. But in general I would say using a power app like AE over remote desktop is never going to be an ideal scenario. If you can run AE locally you can use our manager app to move your licenses to your local machine: https://aescripts.com/learn/aescripts-aeplugins-manager-app/
