Question about installation of Rubberize It!

    i cant install the script of Rubberize It!
    i copy the file Rubberize_It.jsxbin into the folder ( ae/support files/scripts/scripts ui panels)
    but the attachment with the download looks different from the other files there. (the files there are .jsx)
    And i cant understand how to run the script inside after effect.
