aescripts + aeplugins

Does a script exist that could automagically set the arrangement of the columns in all comps? I am really surprised that this arrangement isn't controlled by the workspace manager.. but it isn't. I prefer a specific column layout for all of my comps, but I constantly work with other compositors who use a different arrangement. e.g. "AV Features" on the right vs the left.

It takes too much time to move these things around and switch on/off various columns that I do or don't need. There should be a script that lets me set up these columns exactly the way that I like them, and then apply that configuration to all comps in a project. Is that out there somewhere, or am I missing something?
