Looking for a script to help automate LED screen to beat

Looking to do something much like this video (See starting from the 8:35 second mark of this video )I know how to do this by hand but on a time crunch. Hoping there is a script or plugin that can help automate and animated these LED panels to the beat and instruments of this song. See attached photo for the LED map I will be editing to. Any help pointing me in the right direction will be appreciated. Please note. I don't need anything to automate keyframes. I went through and made markers to the beat by hand already

Sorry about that. Here is the file. Basically I need to have certain colors pop on each individual LED panel (the squares in the photo) on the beat of a song
