    Hello Tom, 

    Unfortunately they can only be used with Animation Composer, but Animation Composer is a free plugin and only helps with browsing. Once any item is added, Animation Composer is not needed to open or render the project. 

    We have also added a Premiere Pro project that works even without Animation Composer inside Premiere Pro.

    (I don't mean to resell the presets themselves)
    It will be used as a special effect for character illustrations.
