aescripts + aeplugins

HI, I'm trying to assign a random sprite to points, but when I do, I get this:

"After Effects error: unsafe operation attempted"

The error repeats ad infinitum until I undo. I've set up a 20x20px comp with various trimmed text layers as the source.
