I'm on a Wacom Intuos 3 and when using the plugin, it disrupts the mapping from mouse to pen mode. Is this something that will be fixed so I will be able to use my tablet?

I'm not able to reproduce the problem. I found that my wacom intuos pro behaves as expected when in mouse mode. I'm on Mac.To help us narrow it down, what's your operating system? Which version of After Effects are you using?And just to be clear, the issue is that Pen mode on a Wacom tablet means the corners of your tablet are mapped to the corner of your screen. You have your Intuos 3 set to Mouse mode, which means the pen is free, and relative the last place you dropped your stylus. And the bug you're reporting is that Pen mode is happening when you're set to Mouse mode, with Paint & Stick, however the mapping works correctly with After Effects?
