  I bought this plug in based on what I saw in your promotion video, but I can't create any of those looks. I've been using After Effects for 15 years now and usually figure out plug ins within 10 minutes. I can't seem to create these looks. away. Can I have a refund please.   I'm using the trial version of long shadow before I buy it.

  
  

  I'm using pre-comped 3d layers with collapse transformations applied. Adding long shadow changes the position of the layer. Considering all my animation is key framed already, this is too time consuming to change now. Is this a glitch or is there a way around it?

  
  

  With collapse transformations off, the layer position doesn't change. However, I need it on for this project.

  Hey i'm up to buy Retro Dither, but i'm not sure if it gonna work with AE CC 2017. The last version of retro dither supports after effects cc 2017?

    Yes, RD supports CC2017, plus you can download the demo version and try if it works for you.

    Hi Thibaut. Sorry for your problem, if it is still actual, please file a bug ticket and attach an example project where we could see it or just describe it a bit further.
    Don't just post it on the wall, it's not the best way to reach authors, since I've actually just discovered its existence and proper notifications are happen when you file bug tickets.
