    Hi Shane,

    About the app not launching: can you delete the app, re-download the dmg and copy the app into the Applications folder again? Or have you already tried that?
    There isn't much happening when the app launches so you should have seen a window appearing at least, weird ...
    In case it still doesn't work my email is [email protected], directly write to Lloyd or me in case you have any issue.
