  I wish there were a way to bake the final results into something compatible with a Lottie export. That would probably need to be a script that separates each character onto its own layer and shifts the keyframes per layer. I have do this process manually, which takes a lot of time. The plugin is amazing and achieves fast results. But turning it into a Lottie is a real pain.

  Big fan of your plugins. I'm having an issue with Digit Fiddler though. I have a PC at work and a PC at home. When I create a project on my work PC and use digit fiddler, and then the next day or some other time, open up that same project on my home PC, I get the "Mate..." thing, which is basically saying that Digit Fiddler isnt registered on the computer I guess? It is registered though, like I can create a new comp right after getting the "Mate..." message and start using the plugin as normal without any error messages. Do I need two licenses? I thought I could use the same license on 2 different computers as long as they arent in use at the same time.

    I think this issue can be resolved by clicking refresh expressions inside Digit Fiddler. If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket so I can diagnose the cause.

    Apologies for not replying to this sooner. In future if you could please submit a ticket we can address it straight away. Could you please let me know which growth source you are using? Generally, if there are any flickers, they can be solved by always pressing the "resimulate" button.

  I just inherited a project in which Real glow was used. I do not own real glow and when I came here to buy it I found out it's discontinued.  I would be happy to buy Deep Glow if it was backwards compatible in any way.  Can you please advise me on this?

    Deep Glow isn't compatible since I've not had any communication/involvement with the Real Glow developers. It does produce a very similar result so I'd encourage you to download the free trial and see if you can match the old project.

  I bought TextBox a couple years ago for a video series I created. I believe that I was one of the early users. I remember reporting some issues, and you promptly addressed them. Overall the tool was a good fit for my application.

  
  

  I am doing a follow-up to the series, and see that TextBox 2 is available. I will be upgrading my license. However, I don't think it's right that the upgrade is $15. That brings my total cost to $34.95--more than the price for a brand new user! Early adopters help find issues and provide revenue for your future development. Giving the product name a "2" and squeezing them for more money doesn't seem right, especially when my total cost is more than the current list price.

  
  

  I'm not asking for any break on the upgrade price, since it's only a few dollars. I'll probably just pony up the money because I need to get on with my project. I just wanted to let you know that your upgrade pricing leaves me with a negative impression.

    Thanks for your honest feedback. We usually don't create a version 2 unless it's a substantial upgrade. For example Cartoon Moblur has received numerous free upgrades over the past 2 years.
    
    I understand it's not right that early adopters who help make the product end up paying more than new users. We have a beta programme which includes free licenses for those who test our software, would you be interested in joining?   Hello! My actual name is Seva. I work in a video production company and we want to buy your script "File Hunter" for 4 computers. But we use After Effects 2017 and we can't update because of the specific of our clients. Unfortunately I found out "File Hunter" doesn't work on 2017 version of AE. Is it possible to fix?
