  Hi Paul,
  
  we need to figure out why IBT fails on your machine. As a first step, I would like to send you a command line tool for IBT such that we can check whether this works on your machine or if not, which error message it gives.
  
  Could you please download this exe file:

  and then open a terminal window and execute the exe file within it?
  If you are not familiar with the terminal, please let me know and I will explain it in more detail.
