I heard nothing back from your team.
So maybe you can hunt down the problem better using a base install nothing changed of both Mac using Rosetta and Windows 10 version of AE. The plugin loads fine. I can select a preset from the dropdown an it will render that still image.
The problem happens on both versions when I set a key frame to rotate the fractal Flame across any axis and hit spacebar to preview the animation. AE will freeze up and you have to force it to shut down. BUT I can scrub the timeline and the flame will animate as long as I dont his spacebar to see a preview.
If I send it to media encoder it will load then usually hang either at the XML load or just have the striped blue bar acting like its trying to encode and I get nothing.
I really love making things in this plug in and I hopes this helps.
