Fixel Detailizer PS 2.0.006 not installing

I installed Photoshop 2015. Installed Fixel Detailizer via Extension Manager CC. It says it installed successfully, but I cannot find the extension in Photoshop. I had no problem installing and using in Photoshop 2014. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
