script for snapshot of each slide in a video (AE CC)???

    I have several 3 hour long videos with someone talking while using slides.

    is there a script that'll pinpoint each slide in a movie (single layer movie already rendered) and grab a screenshot of all slides and automatically save them to a folder?

    in the end, i would have several snapshots of each screen everytime the screen image changed.

    I've seen several scripts here that do things that are close to this but not exactly what i need.

    We don't have something that will do this specific workflow but you can try Magnum (https://aescripts.com/magnum-the-edit-detector/) to detect the different scenes in the video. Keep in mind you cannot process a 3 hour video in AE as it will run out of memory, you will need to split it into shorter videos first and Magnum is not currently working in CC2015 so you will need to use CC2014 or earlier.
