BG Render won't start

    Hey guys!
    i just purchased bg render basic ... i am running afx cc 2014/2015 on a macpro 8-core with 32 gb ram.
    but bg render won't start ... as soon as it opens the terminal it gives an error like "00.02 MB memory could not be allocated ... " and stops.
    Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? i'm trying to denoise 4k RED footage with neat Video.
