Script to automate the start of a keyframe based upon a custom map?

    Hello, I am trying to animate a bunch of dots to appear on a map but in a pattern.  I want them to appear from the center out.  I have tried using time displacement but it doesn't work.  Is there such a script or method that I can automate?  I have about 50 layers.
