Align Keyframe to Markers in AE

Hi There
I have been looking to align a bunch of keyframes to a bunch of markers like in the attached image.
So far I found absolutely nothing. Is this something really difficult to script? I have no option other than to align each keyframe to the above marker manually and one by one.
