Just curious how this is any different than using Animation->keyframe assistant-->sequence layers.  I'd be interested in a script that sequenced by a specified amount of frames to overlap and ignore layer lengths.

Great tool! Came in handy for a quick project. Donated $5; I support this and encourage you to keep developing.

Small issue I noticed is the layers did not perfectly matched up to the frame rate (29.9) and it causes a blank frame here and there if you start moving things around.
