Save Comp As Project

    Hi Wagid,

    it does not collect the footage as scripting doesn't allow it for now. It would require a lot of work to make this option available and sadly, it's not in my plan for now as I lack time.

    just installed it for CS6 - it keeps asking me to save my project? have I missed a step somewhere?

    Nop, it should ask you to do that unless you haven't saved your project. But once you save it and launch the script, it should work.

    What is the language of your OS and AE, and on what OS are you using AE ?

    Hi Sebastien,
    A useful script- but I've come across what I believe is a bug:

    On windows if any of the comp names include any characters that are illegal in a windows file name, ie: < > : " / \ | ? *
    the script will fail - but unfortuately SCAP will overwrite the original AE project file when it fails.

    I can send you a simple AE project to show this if you like.
