Randomize Order (Not what you think)

I'm trying to find a script that will randomize the order in which clips are played. There's a great layer order randomizer, but this script doesn't change the actual order in which the clips are played, just how they are ordered in the timeline. I"m looking for something that takes ABCD clips and randomizes it to DACB or BCAD, etc. Thoughts?

Thanks Lloyd, but it seems like with Staircase I can only shift the entire set of clips or each individual clip a random amount of time based on my frame input. Maybe it's not possible, but what I want to do is make sure nothing plays on top of each other, but rather randomize the order in which they play. -
