    Hey Travis, 

    In case you are using CS6, you have to know that it's not yet compatible. otherwise, you can follow the instruction here : 
    - copy the .pb script in your Plugins folder
    - start AE
    - find the filter under Effects/francois-tarlier.com/ft-Clamp
