    If you want to double check please download and test with the trial version.

    Hi, I've just ordered. My presets panel is empty, and when i click add presets folder, nothing happens. I've tried running the quick setup, when i press "select encoding presets folder", it takes me to the preferences tab but still won't let me add a folder. any help? thanks - j

    Hi Josh

    Henrique here from TMMW.

    Can you please check if the folder select window is hidden behind Premiere Pro?
    There is a bug in Premiere that launches that select window without bringing it to the front.

    If this does not solve it please open a support ticket and I'll assist you further from there.

    Great extension when it works. Frustrating disaster when it does not. 

    I have it setup to export 83 clips synced to external audio on my timeline. I've muted all the tracks that I don't use. It's a single camera and I'm trying to retain the clip name with a "_PROXY" put at the end of each clip. It simply does not work. When I set it all up and hit export it sends 689 clips to media encoder and names them a sequential file format instead of what I tell it to do. This makes this plugin useless. Wish I could get this solved or get my money back because this shouldn't be so hard to use.
