resource file: script error

    I recently purchased the create3d shapes script, when I tried to use the sphere function it tells me "an error occurred when trying to read a resource file."

    I have the resource file in my "ScriptUI Panels"- is this the correct place to place the "Create3DSphere resources"?

    This is very important for a project so please any input helps immensely,
