Looking for a way to recreate the comments section of a youtube live video

Hello all!I'm trying to find a plugin or script that will allow me to type in various comments w/ usernames to have an animation that behaves like the UI of the comment section on a youtube live video. Does such a thing exist? I essentially need something that will analyze the previous comment that has been typed out and will move the comments up one at a time as new comments are "posted".
