Can't reply to my support ticket

  • Hello and thank you for the reply, but even with a link I can't reply in the support ticket. I've tried to post only the text, and  i get the 413 error. I've tried to turn off windows defender, but it doesn't works. May i have an email to send files?

  • Of course. I was only sending a text message, without attachment. I've tried to disable Windows Defender and send the reply from Edge (i'm using Chrome), but nothing seem to work.

  • The error implies that the message is too long. How much text are you trying to send?
  • Here is the text:
    "Hello, sorry for the delay. Here are the C4D projects files and the OBJ sequences. Thank you."
    And then i've tried to attach the file or paste a WT link, but i have the same message.
  • thats very strange, we dont have any other reports of this, can you try replying to the support ticket email instead of replying on the browser? but please use a download link for the files instead of attaching them.
