Shift Camera as in Tilt-Shift

    Hi,

    Is it possible to shift the point of interest in AE as if shot with a Tilt-Shift lens?
    I don't want the camera to orient along when i move or rotate the point of interest.
    I used this effect on a project coming from a 3D application and i'm trying to figure out if i can match the cameras.

    I'm thankful for any advice.
