Hi Andrea, I will look into this. Please open a support ticket:
I have corresponded twice via a support ticket and your responses have not solved issues I have raised over your plugin. My first comment concerned "Breeze" not performing as indicated in your advertising. The second comment was to do with you (and many other small developers) omitting step-by-step video instruction of a product with an English speaking guide. This second point should be mandatory for receiving representation on this site, and YouTube.
It puzzles me that management of aescripts + aeplugins do not appear to insist represented developers produce robust, "industry ready" products before being commercially launched. I say this because there are too many frail, poor performing products sold here that appear novel, but do not live up to their publicity. If senior aescripts + aeplugins' management are secure in the belief their third party developer's products are useful and stable, then they should assist in the developer's creation of comprehensive video tutorials spoken in English. Furthermore, it is my view aescripts + aeplugins' management should not just take responsibility for the conveyance of easily understood product education, but remove products that have a track record of instability.
