Yo what does it take to get support?

    The plugin Auto Transition Builder doesn't work on the m2 mac. I've searched forever and cannot get the folders from Main Pack to show up in the application. Trying to open a support ticket doesn't do anything. You said in comments here that there is a way to fix this so why not just say it or post it somewhere. This is very frustrating and if I knew this app didn't work I wouldn't have bought it. Sorry if I sound mad, I really think its a great plugin I'm just burnt out trying to get it working. 
    How can I fix this?

    Chip Apple M2 Max

    Memory 32 GB

    macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 

    I've tried all versions of after effects from 23 to 24. 
    Rosetta 2 is installed
    I've granted AE all permissions on disk 
    Given it accessibility privileges as well
    Checked User permissions weren't broken
    Repaired User Permissions anyway
    Put the Main-Pack folder inside the AE 2024 folder, outside that folder, in my home folder and external disk. 
    I've ran AE in Rosetta and native 
    Tried clean installing each after effects version 
    Clean installed OS

    For the love of god I'm going to lay down in traffic if I can't get this damn thing working. Please give me something.
