BG Render - Doesn't Execute, closes Window

    Hi There,

    I am experiencing a weird problem with BG Render, as it refuses to execute a render for me when I launch it in After Effects CS5.5 on Windows 7.
    I'm not sure why, I haven't messed with any of the files since launching it months ago, and it has worked fine up to this point. Any ideas?

    It says something along the lines of "unable to execute command" before the window closes on me.

    I have tried re-installing the program, by re-downloading the file off the site, then copy paste into the correct folder structure of After Effects.

    Please open a support ticket and include screenshots of any errors you are seeing. Also make sure you don't have any permission issues (or firewall/virus checkers) that might be preventing the BG render from launching.
