OBJ sequence not lining up with rendered animation?

    I rendered an animation in Maya and took it into after effects. I'm trying to composite some Plexus coolness on top of the rendered animation. 

    I found a script online that lets me export an OBJ sequence from Maya. 

    When I import that OBJ sequence to Plexus, it doesn't line up with my animation 100%. Most of it does, but a few pieces seem very out of place. If it was all slightly offset, that would be a different story. 

    Any ideas or experience with this?

  • Hard to say without having more details but you probably just need to make sure your cameras match.
