When you copy a mask from one layer to another it often changes its position. With CopyMask2Layer you can copy masks while keeping them perfectly in place - even if the layers are moving and if the mask path is keyframed.
I just used this for the first time after buying it as soon as I saw your video about it. But it only works for the first keyframe of a mask for me, then at the final key frame it is way too small. I followed all instructions. I am using AE CS6. Thanks for your help.

I am sorry to hear you have these problems.
Does is make a difference whether you have the option selected to
generate a keyframe at each frame? Could you send me your AE project file?
Preferably with 2 copies of the composition. One before you
applied copymask2layer and one after.
Then I'll figure out what goes wrong in your case.
