install problems puppettool

    Hi there,
    I've some problems to install the puppet tool, it the trial versions works but when i put my serial number i get an execute error.
    Support tells me its an firewall problem, but when i put al security off it still doesn't work.
    I hope someone has solve such a problem

    As we mentioned on the support ticket. An "access denied" error means your firewall is blocking the licensing process, there is no other explanation or solution to this problem.  For obvious reasons we cannot bypass a firewall.  The only other thing we can suggest is to make sure you don't have more than one firewall active as this is sometimes the issue.
