Plexus - getting started

I'm considering getting Plexus2 - I love the effects I've seen - particularly in the Art of Flight video. Does anyone know of a video online showing how this was done - or even a real getting started with Plexus video. I've seen plenty of what's new in Plexus2 but I'm coming fresh to this.
