Hi Christian, as you probably know, I contacted several times the media about this license problem (win10/ cc2105.3). This message is only for discussion because I no longer hope for a solution. I have the same problem with Bitdefender 2106 ( (Win10/ CC2105.3). I followed all the instructions (excluding the script for virus scanning of file and folder and firewall Off) and my license has been accepted but once reactivated the scan Bitdefender and Firewall On, the license is invalid again.
