    you are wrong. It DOES NOT work with the current version of AE. 
    I read the compatibility before buying. Despite what it says it does NOT work with the current AE. All it did was waste my time against a deadline. I want my money back, take the license. I highly recommend you update compatibility listing to indicate that it is NOT compatible with the current version.

    In version CC2017 and higher, the composition markers became available for the script, so an additional layer became unnecessary. The composition markers are directly synchronized with the composition layer markers in another composition.

    Scripts with similar functionality already exist. Render Frame at Markers
    In any case, thanks for the idea and feedback. I will be happy to consider any ideas of scripts for AE.

    Hello, just tried out the demo hoping it would help me sync comp markers across compositions. However, seems like it's copying comp markers but pasting onto a layer. Is there a way to paste markers in the comp timeline?

    It depends on the version of AE.

    I have seen that note, but cannot access that functionality. Both buttons seem to only affect layer markers. I'm running AE 2024. Can you please elaborate how exactly to paste markers to a comp instead of to a layer.

    1. You need to remove the selection from the layers. (click on an empty space in the Viewer or Comp panel)
    2. Press * (on the numeric keypad) or Shift + Number on the main keypad.
