    We haven't checked Detailizer against Premiere 2017 yet.
    We'll do it shortly.

    Yet, Adobe hasn't stated anything about any change hence you should install the Plug In in the regular place and we'd assume it will work:

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\
    Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Common > Plugins > 7.0 > Media Core

    We'll work to check it.
